Hi, my name is Lindsay Kaye. I am I’m a Visual Communication Designer based in Manhattan, NY, with a desire to create impactful visual stories. I believe design shapes how we experience the world, without it, our environments, messages, and connections would feel flat and forgettable. To me, great design isn’t just about making things look good, it’s about making ideas resonate with clarity, intention, and emotion.
My specialty in design is branding and visual identity. I enjoy creating logos, custom lettering, and graffiti typography. I also enjoy publication design and art direction. Much of my work is inspired by graffiti, street art, and skateboard culture. I have several years of design education and internship experience, along with freelance work and building my own brand over the past few years. I have also received recognition for my graphic design work, including two Silver ADDY awards.
I’m the founder of The Binz NYC®, a graffiti-inspired art and apparel brand. Through the brand, I create one-of-a-kind, limited clothing drops, including hoodies, T-shirts, and hats designed to bring street art into everyday wear. I also create and sell original artworks by transforming authentic decommissioned NYC subway signs into layered, mixed-media pieces using paint and stickers. It all began with hand-drawn stickers I placed around my neighborhood, which sparked a nonstop urge to create more. Believing art should be accessible to everyone, The Binz NYC® became my way of sharing that creativity with the world.
